“Sandra and I took over Haulfryn in 2001, with Sandra being manager for some years prior. Since 2001 we have worked hard steering the organisation through many changes. I have over 30 years’ managerial experience, and I use my quality assurance background to ensure that Haulfryn is always striving for continuous improvement. I have been actively involved with the development of an Advanced Dementia Care Specification with the North Wales Commissioning Hub. Both Clare and I are actively involved with Flintshire County Council, driving working partnerships and improvements. I have an active role in Haulfryn, and I ensure that I am accessible to our friends and families, and our team alike.”
